Built on UP's own investment infrastructure
The platform is built directly on Invest UP's portal data and Niveshmitra's single-window regulatory framework — not generic web scraping. AI agents are trained on the actual policy documents, approval workflows and incentive structures that govern investment in Uttar Pradesh. The Agent-User Interaction Protocol ensures conversations follow the real investor journey: sector exploration → policy matching → approval pathways → land allocation → post-investment support.

Kenpath's role
Kenpath collaborated with EkStep Foundation's People+Possibilities initiative and partnered with the Invest UP agency to build the AI layer. Kenpath designed and built the entire system — from ingesting and structuring policy documents across 20+ departments, to training conversational AI agents on UP's specific investment infrastructure, to building the frontend interface. The team embedded directly with Invest UP officials to ensure the AI understood the real approval workflows, not just the published policy text.
