Invest UP manages the full investor journey — from initial inquiry through regulatory approvals, land allocation and post-investment support — across 20+ sectoral policies and all districts of Uttar Pradesh. With two portals and 20+ integrated departments processing over 3 lakh applications, the team needed AI that could guide investors instantly through UP's complex investment ecosystem.
Days of coordination for a single policy question
Investors asking about sectors, incentives or approval pathways waited days for responses that required coordination across multiple departments. The information existed — scattered across policy documents, Niveshmitra's single-window framework, and 20+ ministry databases — but no system could surface the right answer instantly. Every delay risked losing investment to competing states.

We built a conversational AI platform enabling the Invest UP team to engage investors intelligently — answering sector, policy and incentive queries with precision, cutting response time from days to seconds. An intelligent policy navigation engine covers manufacturing, IT, textiles, pharma, food processing, EVs and more — surfacing the right sectoral policy, incentive and approval pathway per investor. Built on Invest UP's own portal data and Niveshmitra's single-window framework.
